An exciting new plant on the scene featuring finely cut tropical-looking foliage which emerges chartreuse turning bright gold all season, with fabulous yellow, orange and scarlet fall color. This is a relatively low maintenance shrub, and is best pruned in late winter once the threat of extreme cold has passed.
